WHO SHOULD TAKE PART?

The Powerful Principles™ Programme is for three types of delegate:

1: Ambitious, reflective Assistant or Deputy Headteachers with aspirations to progress to Headship.  
2: New Headteachers in their first two years of Headship. 
3: Assistant/Deputy headteachers who want to be brilliant in this role with no imminent ambitions to progress.  

No matter which type of delegate you are, you recognise that the key to your success is to invest in yourself. 
  • You have the desire to self-reflect and enjoy learning. 
  • You care deeply about giving every child a great start in life and know that your leadership can facilitate that. 
  • You may or may not be facing some challenges and suspect these will change if you change. 
  • Perhaps you are clashing with team members or having a hard time managing your time.   
  • Maybe you are losing some confidence or neglecting your health. 
  • Or perhaps you are just determined to be the best version of yourself. 

The most important consideration is that you are ready and willing to self-reflect for the benefit of yourself and those around you. 

This course is NOT for leaders, who suspect they are burning out or are very stressed.  1-2-1 coaching is a better option for this.
