ALL PARTICIPANTS TAKE A PERSONALITY PROFILE AND ARE ENTITLED TO ONE COACHING SESSION PRIOR TO THE TRUST DAY TO HELP THEM PREPARE FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO THE DAY.

The day is divided into two halves:
  1. In the first half, participants will learn about the 7 steps needed to reach high performance and work on the first of these as a group
  2. In the second half, team members will work on step 2 and build trust with one another
