Meet Joanne  - Executive Leader and CEO Coach 
Joanne is passionate about coaching and supporting her clients to grow their self-awareness, develop their thinking and boost their resilience, enabling them to lead themselves and their teams to higher performance and happiness.
 
Her coaching and workshop sessions are encouraging, relaxed and highly practical, helping each participant to new insights and awareness that make a difference.
 
Joanne has been coaching for over 15 years, is accredited with the International Coach Federation at PCC level and qualified with the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is a Master RQi Practitioner, Coach and Trainer using RQi psychometric reports for individuals and teams.
 
Joanne has a commercial background of working at a senior level within Sales and Marketing in the IT industry, and as a director of a marketing consultancy. Joanne has worked in the not-for-profit sector as a Drugs and Relationship Educator in secondary schools and as a corporate fundraiser for the NSPCC.
 
Joanne enjoys working with people from many different backgrounds, from leaders in education to business founders to corporate directors, supporting them and their teams to lead well, achieve much and build a rewarding, enjoyable life.
 
When not working, Joanne enjoys spending time with her husband and fox red Labrador dog walking in the Surrey Hills, or with her grown up children and wider family. She is keen on the outdoors, enjoying cycling and skiing, and tending their cottage garden.
