With 20 years experience of working within leadership roles in both education and corporate organisations, Claire Dew is now a triple certified Life, Health & Nutrition Coach through the UK & International Health Coach Association (UKIHCA) specialising in Stress Resilience Coaching & Mentoring.
Claire's purpose and mission as a Stress Resilience Coach and Mentor is to support clients to develop the emotional awareness, mindset, confidence and tools needed to manage stress effectively so that they can live a life they no longer need to escape from. By empowering leaders to increase their stress resilience, clients can enjoy greater productivity and happiness both at work and at home.
Is Claire the Coach for you?
Her Mind Body approach is a fusion of Health & Nutrition Coaching with emotional intelligence, neuroscience, holistic nutritional science and psychology. She specialises in stress management and nervous system regulation techniques, mindfulness practices, and nutritional guidance to support resilience. Her holistic approach integrates evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence.
Her training includes psychology of eating and alcohol free coaching, so through her emotional intelligence approach she is able to help clients who have developed unhealthful coping mechanisms as a means of escaping life, avoiding emotions or distracting and comforting themselves from chronic stress. She has successfully helped clients to build capacity to stay present with uncomfortable feelings and overcome overeating, excessive drinking, overexercising, overworking and endless scrolling on social media.
As with all EduLead coaching programmes, there is a free discovery call to establish your challenges and goals. Claire will provide you with a summary after each session and invite you to reflect on what you have learned. She will also be on hand via text message between sessions to ensure you are never alone as you transform your practice.
Her passion for helping others is driven by her own journey of overcoming burnout in 2020 and finding balance in life. When she's not coaching, Claire enjoys practicing yoga, paddleboarding and being outdoors in nature. She believes that building resilience is not just about managing stress but thriving in all aspects of life.
