Is Beth the Therapist for you?
She offers a calm, professional and compassionate approach to all clients. She believes that counselling works best when you feel safe, heard and respected. Her approach is to create a warm, non-judgemental environment to help you develop greater understanding, clarity and choice around what is happening for you.
Counselling is a collaborative process. During your introductory call, you will have the opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling and what you would like to work on. If you are aware of goals you want to achieve then she will support you emotionally to get there. If you don’t feel sure, she will work with you to help you develop your understanding of your emotional state and feelings.
She works at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you. There is no pressure to talk about anything before you feel ready, and you do not need to have the right words. Together, you will explore thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable.

She’s constantly opening my eyes to perspectives I never considered, and those shifts have genuinely helped me understand myself better and improve how I deal with things. On top of that, her energy is amazing. She smiles a lot, she brings this warm, positive presence into every session, and it genuinely lifts me up. I always leave feeling lighter, clearer, and better than when I walked in.
